  • How can I refer an employee for Occupational Health Assessment or Pre-employment medical examination?
    Please download the referral form from the Contact Us page and send it to us by email. You will receive an appointment with a date and time by email.
  • How long will it take for the report to be sent to me?
    You will receive the report on the day of the consultation before close of business.
  • Can I discuss complex issues in relation to a case with the doctor?
    Yes, if you contact us or mark it on the referral form, you will receive a call from our Consultant Occupational Health Physician before the report is issued.
  • Do you provide routine GP service?
    No
  • Can I attend for a full medical examination and blood tests for my yearly check up?
    Yes, and you will receive a comprehensive report afterwards which you can share with your GP. Please refer to the executive medical section on the services page.
